Mason Building

The City of Saginaw, in partnership with the building’s owner, the Saginaw County Land Bank, seeks a development partner for the rehabilitation and transformation of the historic Mason Building located in the heart of Downtown Saginaw.

The 20,000 sq.ft., 4-story building has a storied history and remains one of the most prominent structures in all of Saginaw. The city is eager to work with qualified respondents in negotiating a mutually beneficial arrangement for this one-of-a kind opportunity.
