The City of Charlevoix , in partnership with the MEDC, recently released a Request for Developer Qualifications (RFQ) to assist in the community’s revitalization through mixed-use development.

The City of Charlevoix seeks a development partner for the construction of 109 Mason located in the heart of Charlevoix. The City is eager to work with qualified respondents in negotiating a mutually beneficial arrangement for this one-of-a kind opportunity.

The City’s vision for 109 Mason is a mixed-use development that provides community amenities for Charlevoix. 109 Mason offers an incredible investment opportunity to promote economic development and support diverse housing types in the downtown in order to ensure that current/future residents of Charlevoix have the choice to enjoy the community’s walkable downtown and nearby recreational opportunities.
