State Historic Preservation Tax Credit Availability

Due to the overwhelming number of applications received for the 2022 Large Commercial credit, and the 2-year eligibility of those applications, we anticipate that the credits for 2022 and 2023 in this category are fully reserved.

August 4, 2023 update:

A limited amount of 2023 Small Commercial credits have not yet been allocated. Therefore, we will begin accepting new Part 1 applications in this category on September 5, 2023. Applications and supplemental information are required to be submitted via courier so that delivery date and time can be tracked. Small Commercial Applications will not be accepted prior to September 5. Applications received prior to September 5 will be discarded.

Additional details and instructions for submittal will be made available on this website in mid-August, 2023.
